All the instructors are amazing, but I would like to name drop and handful that I feel really challenge me every class consistently and have helped me understand my body and form better. RecommendedI tried Studio 6 through ClassPass and absolutely love this studio! Such a kick butt workout (literally 😄) that doesn't leave you feeling exhausted! The staff and teachers are really great as well! I plan on becoming a member after my ClassPass membership is over! 😍😍

RecommendedI've done a lot of different work-outs, and this is by far the hardest thing I've ever done. It's awesome! The instructors are so knowledgeable at Preston and Forest. I do recommend private lessons before jumping into the classes--either alone or a duet. You need to learn how to use the Megaformer and proper form. It's amazing! Love it!
