Saturday appointment 11:30am. Immediately greeted. Reviewed service to be done. Friendly, professional and great communication. Though I was told an hour wait, it was less than that.

Positive from beginning to purchase. Matt Dame was an excellent and supporting agent. He is so knowledgeable about all the operations and cars at Suburu/Bend. Listened to our input patiently , was so polite and when we zeroed in on our choices, found our car and had it polished and cleaned and ready for us to claim later that day.
