It was a breeze from beginning to end! No pressure which I really appreciated. My last experience trying to buy a Subaru was a nightmare. It was in 1996 and I ended up walking out over a couple hundred bucks! I was insulted by the salesman when he suggested that I talk to my husband as this was a very good price…I wanted to punch him in the face, but drove to Portland the next day and purchased the car I wanted for the price I wanted. My Subaru 60K checkup service experience was great. Scheduling was easy and all expected work completed fairly quickly. Paul was thorough with explanations and kept me up to date. I was disappointed that I could not use my AmEx card and any credit cards used have fees. On big services like this it is hard to carry enough cash. Paul even handled my complaint well. We drive 2 hours to visit Bend Subaru and will continue to do so. Thank you.
