After trying another area vet that I wasn’t happy with, we moved to Suburban and thr difference has been night and day. Staff from front desk, techs, and vet were fabulous. They made my dog and myself feel comfortable. Very caring team of techs and front desk. Clean facility and comfortable waiting room. Dr. Casper patiently and kindly explained all options for vaccinations for my puppy.
The care that my dogs receive here is above and beyond what I have experienced in my 60 years. They are knowledgeable, caring and have a great bedside manner. They are wonderful, and I would recommend them to anyone who cares about their pets health and wellbeing!
We have always enjoyed our visits with Dr Jennifer Boyd. Our new golden, Ruffles was enamored with her which is a good sign for future visits.
It was my first time at Suburban Animal Hospital and my experience was excellent. Friendly staff greeting and checking out, Dr. Lee is also friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.
