Robyn Robinson was our mortgage officer. We purchased a home in Prescott, AZ, and applied for a jumbo loan. Robyn went out of her way to find a title company in Prescott, coordinated the loan process with the Prescott settlement and effectively worked with my wife and me to secure all of the necessary documents for the loan. She went far and above what would normally be expected. Would not use anyone else for a future home purchase.
Always tried to get us the best deal out there. And when I left a message, client got back to us very quickly.
My experience refinancing with Suburban Mortgage was superb! Aaron Payne and his team made the process stress-free. Communication was key. Anytime they needed anything from us they always emailed and called. Also, when we had questions, they were always there to answer them.
