In general I personally didn't feel that I was anything more than one more client that was charged for preparing my paperwork. I'd have used another agency, but this was a new build and the builder preferred I use this company. The communication in general was lacking. I gave three stars rather than two because COVID has strained things in odd ways and I'm sincerely trying to be fair in my assesment.
As a loan officer and previous processor. This experience was less stressful. But there were certain things that could have been handles differently.
Heidi work very hard to make our experience as easy as was possible. As retired people with "no" income there were many hoops to jump through and she navigate each of them with and for us.
Pretty good experience, however more communication would have been helpful midway through. Also expectations of the borrower during the process
More information on closings due to the differences from state to state.
I think maybe next time u should try to arrange an in office meeting because it was really difficult emailing documents back & forth while working.
