I have worked with Deanne Risner at Suburban Mortgage multiple times. I recently refinanced my home to take advantage of interest rate decreases . Deanne is extremely knowledgeable and does her best to put you in the right home loan. She makes the process simple and her assistant Jennie stays in contact about the document process . Robyn Robertson was the best, she was patient and always answered my questions cheerfully and with care. I felt that she gave me the best possible experience in an area of financing that I know nothing about. Another positive is that she is always available, quick to answer texts and emails, never forgets to respond to my inquiries. This was a wonderful experience with Robyn and Suburban.
