Thunder over Louisville Had just gotten back into the states from vacation and we were extremely exhausted. Staff was VERY friendly and welcoming.. Only at hotel for about 8 hours and that was to sleep.. But the beds were very comfy .. Pillows were small..but comfy. I like bigger pillows. :) very clean and staff was awesome

Very basic, clean hotel without breakfast, or many amenities. Nothing bad to say, just a little expensive without much atmosphere

No Cleaning Service I was impressed with the fact that they moved upgraded us into a room for 3 of us, which was originally one person with no extra charge. What I was not impressed with was the fact that they don't come daily to your room to change towels, empty garbages, etc. You are left with one coffee packet, & one dishwasher soap packet, even thoough our stay was for a week. Everything you have to go down and ask for. You have to bring them your used towels otherwise there's no where to put them.

A good stay for a good price. Everything was well kept and well maintained being a fairly new hotel. No complaints whatsoever.

I'd stay there again The employees were very nice, friendly & helpful. For smokers there is a nice covered area out back which I thought was very thoughtful that the hotel would provide that. So many places are non-smoking anymore which is fine but there's always that awkwardness when an outdoor ashtray isn't provided. So to have a smoking area for smokers was such a nice touch. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location felt safe. I gave it 5 stars for what it is, being an extended stay.
