More than I expected I was surprised to find a full-size refridgerator and stove top along with a microwave available. The bed was on a platform, very firm yet quite comfortable. Even though we only needed a one-night stay, we will return to this hotel in the future.
Great price,great location,clean hotel After spending several hours searching the internet looking for a decent,clean hotel w/ a kitchenette,within our budget, we ran across Suburban Extended Stay & chose it based on the reviews.Although the rooms were a bit small, we were out all day which made it bearable. We did enjoy the fact that it was fairly new, absolutely clean, had updated decor,helpful and friendly staff and a hop,skip & a jump to Louisville. Would recommend & stay there again!
Ok place to stay This hotel is relatively new. The rooms are small but clean. There is only one uncomfortable chair in the room so if you want to watch TV you use it or the bed. It is a good low price hotel. If the maintenance staff keeps it clean and in good repair it is an ok place to sleep for the night.

Great hotel Still has that new hotel smell. Has spoons dishes, a stove, refrigerator(full size) Hard wood laminent. For the price, this exceeds my expectations. The only downfall would be the construction going on in the area.
Worth looking for The hotel is a little hard to find. The location and address are new, so they were not available through one of the mapping websites. But once you locate it, the rooms are very clean and beautiful. It was definately worth it.
Great Option for Louisville Went to Kentucky Derby.....was the most reasonably priced hotel. Only 2 exits away from downtown. Brand new. Nice Staff. Near plenty of restaurants. Great option for Louisville! And they let us check in early to change for Derby at 12:30 pm....plus check out is 3 pm ....awesome!
