I had an amazing experience. Awesome customer service! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I went to the new Wasilla location. They always make me smile when I pull in super up beat crew. I was vacuuming and one girl came out and washed my mats! Super impressed! 5 stars for Cole, Kali, Zoe, Kylee and Joel! 🤩 AND my truck came out sparkling

In general, love this car wash! I have a monthly membership, loved the ease of pulling in and not having to mess with the screen. Recently you changed that, now I have to select if I want something extra. It’s petty, but seriously makes me think I want to cancel the monthly membership. I get trying to upswell, but don’t like this change. Be nice if you could opt out!
