Once a decision was made on which option to proceed with the team made the process painless and hassle free. Very good communication from the whole team. Very professional and so easy to work with. Initial loan application was trouble free even though our finances were a bit unusual. We have refinanced twice with Sue Ann and in both cases the process was smooth, surprisingly low cost, and we got a much improved rate. I never imagined such a low rate on a mortgage.
