Very professional and so easy to work with. Initial loan application was trouble free even though our finances were a bit unusual. We have refinanced twice with Sue Ann and in both cases the process was smooth, surprisingly low cost, and we got a much improved rate. I never imagined such a low rate on a mortgage.
