Sue was easy to work with and the results are great. Once we moved on from Sue to the underwriter our experiences changed. While still a good result the continued ask for repetitive information was frustrating. Additionally the tone of the requests was less than appealing. I would use Churchill again just be prepared for consistant request for information.
