This place is very nice, everyone is so friendly. It was very easy to move my love one into this place. My husband has settling in well. The staff are kind and supported and go out of their way to be helpful. Their menu is like a restaurant and is very good.
My wife has been living at Suffield by the river memory care for approximately 6 months. It took a little adjusting to be away from home for her first time. The staff helped her and comforted along the way.. I could see this when I visited her. It also gave me piece of mind. It well run with a caring staff. My family and I are very happy with Suffield by the river
The people working at Suffield by the river were very very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. The place is beautiful, clean and bright. The apartments are bright and roomy. Would recommend to anyone

Suffield by the River was great physically and staff wise. I would give them the highest rating possible. The caring, helpful and positive attitudes that the staff has makes the whole place work. I would absolutely recommend Suffield by the River to friends and family.

My loved one is currently a resident at Suffield by the River. It's a nice facility, but we were misled upfront about the level of care needed. I would recommend getting your loved one's Initial Care Plan Assessment in writing, in the case that you receive unexpected charges.
We really like how Suffield by the River has different levels of care in the same complex - there is independent living, assisted living, memory care and there is even a nursing home right next door that we believe they have some affiliation with. The location is very ideal for our family and we also like that it is not huge, it is a smaller facility that does not get overwhelming. We appreciate your patience as we have dealt with the ongoing staffing shortage in the country and are happy to hear that the experience at Suffield has been overall positive for you and your family. As you mentioned, we do offer independent and assisted living as well as memory care but are not affiliated with any nursing homes including the one next to our community.
Suffield by the River is a very nice and welcoming community and right when you walk in there is no smell so you know they do a great job cleaning. With it being very nice it is on the pricier side, but the meals and dining services are really good and their are plenty of activities going on for the residents to do. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The staff is great. They always did what I needed. There was no complaint about the food. It's clean, and the staff is very friendly. I had a go to person, if there was any issues. The communication was great. It is a bright atmosphere with a great view. The communication was great. Overall, i was totally happy, and it was a beautiful place.

The dining hall on the assisted living side is super nice and they have great activities, on the memory care side the activities are a little bit more limited. The value for the money is pretty good. It is like every other place right now they could have a little bit more staffing bot overall they have done a really nice job.
