Deeply dismayed to find the billing department at Summit Dental does not adhere to the ADA code of ethics as they pertain to Veracity, Patient Autonomy and Transparency. There is no consideration for a patients individual financial needs. Detailed review left on Google.
They over charge me a year later I have over charge for something that I have no idea
Great dental workers- but billing sent me to collections feb 1st and I paid today the 6th. I paid 1062 and the dentist instead of telling me to pay collection agency at this point. Now the agency wants me to pay them 503 dollars more or it’ll have daily interest and dental summit did nothing to help me. When they would of gotten more money from me in the long run keeping me as a patient. Very upset I have to find another place to go to now.

First and last time going to Summit dental. I haven’t been to the dentist in almost a year. I came in for a cleaning April 26th, they did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. Doctor told me I had 9 cavities on top of that he wanted to do 6 crowns on me. I got a second opinion finding out I only have 4 cavities and they are just out for the money. I am very disappointed I got lied to I have never ever had a bad experience like this with a dentist. I will never be going back here or recommending anyone to go there.

No way! Their about profits not Patients I work during the week and can’t take time off. So I requested a Saturday appointment. I had to cancel that appointment because of other medical reasons. Now they want me to prepay for my care. Keep in mind this is after I payed almost 6000 for both my kids braces. They only care about their money! Well they got 6000 of mine well done!
