I tried to contact the company several times with the challenges I experienced and didn’t hear back. Then I got a request to leave a review so I am. The location for key pick up is off site and requires a drive. If you lock your key in the room, you then have to drive over there to pick one up and hopefully they are open. I was unable to reach customer service when we got locked out. The place was not clean with stained sheets and towels and caked dust onto the fan, amongst other things.
