I have nothing negative to say about the personality of the doctors but scheduling his surgery was a big nightmare. To make a 4 year old wait over 12 without eating is inhumane. They should have gotten our arrival time right instead of 4 hours early...

Mrs. Carver, we do apologize for the unexpected wait time. Surgeries and arrival times are coordinated through the hospital. Unfortunately, we do not dictate those times for arrival. The hospital helps to coordinate those times and includes the registration and pre-op process. The extent of some children's surgeries and thus the time needed to complete their care is not known until the day of the procedure due to lack of cooperation from patients in the office setting. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Reed and his team are! Britney is the sweetest assistant and made my baby as calm as she could be! Dr. Reed is an amazing dentist! He explained everything thoroughly, he worked fast and then wiped my daughter's tears away. He's amazing! I love that they genuinely care about your child!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Andy and all the staff at CDG. My daughter loved her dental experience. Everyone was super friendly and made her feel right at ease as well as myself. Completely recommend!
Dr. Andy and his team are amazing!! They are very friendly and excellent with my son. We are usually seen within a few minutes of our appointment time and Dr. Andy always answers my questions even when they are out of the office. Awesome team!
