Quick, courteous, clean, kind, compassionate... and while not inexpensive, their prices are in line with most other veterinary emergency hospitals, yet they have better customer service than many!
The staff were very caring, polite, and will even make you coffee and warn you about the temperature. They're very busy, but I have always interpreted this as a sign of quality in service. Dr. Lui was wonderful with our kitty and very knowledgeable. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The laboratory technician was fast, kind, and very efficient as they were very busy. VERY informative and friendly staff. As well as a wide variety of loose leaf teas. If you like tea, then I'd highly recommend this place!!!!
Love the holistic side of the veterinarian hospital. Chiropractic and acupuncture on my dog, gave her relief.
I have been taking Ms. J here for about 6 years. They are open 24 hrs which is great because usually when she gets sick it is 2am. They took her right back yesterday. The staff is awesome!
