Angel and Eric are the most amazing maintenance guys in the world!!! Eric answered an emergency call for me!!! That i was worried wouldn't be handled till Monday! This apartment complex is amazing!!!! Dolly is THE amenity at Sun Chase!!! This is 100 percent the place to be in Bradenton!!!!!! Thank you Dolly for all you do for your tenants!!!!!! We appreciate you!!!!!!!
I plan to leave a more detailed review of why no person should ever live here. The property manager is a deeply corrupt woman who fabricates lies against tenants. The company she works for policy is the employees can make complaints against tenants with no evidence at all. If you try to defend yourself the entire staff makes your every day a living hell. One of my favorite places that I’ve ever rented. Dolly & Nicki are the property management team who are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance guys are dependable, timely and very friendly as well. The maintenance department is consistently keeping the grounds neat, doing repairs, approachable & available throughout the day with a wave to make you feel welcome. I’ve lived here for a few years. These places aren’t brand new. Not even close. Not perfect by any means. I took care of the pest control here for over a year. I’ve worked with property managers all over Manatee County at places from brand spanking new to run-down nastiness. All it takes is poor management for brand new shiny places to be nasty. These are apartments are awesome. Huge screened balcony, private pool and hot tub, lots of trees, lakes, and a car wash center. The gym needs updated though. And the lakes definitely need to be treated and cleaned. But overall, best place I've lived.
