Very polite and they took care of me ❤️
The receptionist was very friendly she greeted me as soon as I walked in she was very pleasant. When I was taken back the paramedic was very helpful and understanding as well as the nurse. The doctor was more than great very profesional. Had a chest X-ray the tech was also great. No wait time and the best customer service I've ever had in an emergency setting. Great job to your team! Definitely going back when needed and recommend my friends and family.

The staff was beyond curious, very detailed and made me feel so much better. They took great care of me and I will definitely refer anyone in need tot his facility. My nurse and doctor Ibarra had such great bed side manor and I knew they were there for all the right reasons.
Mother bled on my car, 84 yr old woman, no one bothered to check her out only to be told, they only treated minor injuries. How would they know since they didnt bother to check for themselves. She fell hit her nose, i bring her here per the tv commercials, only to be turned away? Seriously? Whats up with this? My mother needed immediate attention.
My 84 yr old mother fell and hit her nose, it bled brought her here only to be told they ONLY took minor injuries, no one bothered to come to my vehicle to check if indeed it was or wasnt, God forbid i took her down and wheeled her in. SERIOUSLY! so much for the tv commercials that lured me here. Took her across the street to the hospitals of providence, loop 375/ edgemere, they rushed to my car and wheeled her in quickly!!! This was not good as my 84 yr old mother bled in my car!
Had to see a Dr. again did not get well with Suns protocol. Asked for shots, wasn't given them. Went to Dr. got shots antibiotic,steroid shot and feel much better. Had to take 2nd round of antibiotics also. I will not go to Sun for normal Dr.'s visits. Only use Sun gor true Emergencies, broken bones etc.
