I had an unexpected problem with my car and needed to take it in immediately for repair. I also had commitments that could not be changed for that afternoon and the following 3 days. Michael McKinley totally surpassed my expectations! He worked with diagnosticians to determine if the car would need to be left, helped me get a rental car for the evening, and offered several options for getting me back into my car the next day. I am so impressed and grateful for his help.
This dealership is incredible I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a car. They treated my husband and I like we were the only customers in the showroom. If you want a great salesman ask for Carlos he was very thorough and we left knowing everything we needed to about our new vehicle.
