I had asked for 2 more quotes from other installers. One company visited me and gave me a hand written quote and the other attempted to quote me over the phone. Sunpower came to my house, checked the site, gave me a written quote the next day, answered all my questions and generally conducted themselves very professionally. They were also very competitive in price. The installers were very friendly and explained the design and layout to my satisfaction.<br />

I had a LOT of work done on my house that year. Sun Power was by far the best organized, professional contractor of the lot. NO surprises, a pleasure to do business with. I am happy to provide references for them.<br />
no pressure in the sale,open agreement to back out anytime pryor to the instalation. Followed up several times after the instalation, including coming to the house to review the systems operation. <br />I do feel that the pv system is costly, but only with the rebates could I have been able to afford it. I wish the government would have provided a low interest loan. The end result I`m glad I went foward to help set the example for change.
I highly recommend SunPower Systems, they did an excellent job on time at the original cost that was quoted. The system works for over 1 yr and supplies about 30% of my electric use. I am very satisfied with it.<br />
