RecommendedI had an excellent experience with Sunburst Shutters. They were very professional, yet at the same time very down-to-earth and friendly. They did an excellent job on all of my windows and doors. Charlie did the measurements and the installing. I would recommend them to anyone.
I've been trying since February to have my large roller shades over my patio doors fixed to eliminate the loud noise when they're in motion. Brady came out and said he'd order the parts and even measured for a shutter on the kitchen window. Since then it's been constant phone calls with no action taken on their part but plenty of excuses. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from this company even though I'm a previous customer.
I had someone come out February 19th for an estimate and still haven't got it. I even called the office on the 1st to confirm my email address and was told I should receive it shortly.... NOTHING
