The one thing I didn't want in my new home was Plantation Shutters, but after talking with Neil Blackwater, I was open to the possibilities. Neil met all my concerns and reasons for not wanting the shutters with confidence. He brought in samples and showed me pictures with the various options installed in other homes. Sunburst is the way to go. I knew I wanted Plantation shutters when I bought the house. I however did not realize how much I would love them and how open and clean they make the house look. Neil came out and measured every window so I could do the house in affordable steps. He was extremely profession and because he is also an installer, he knew how to quote the blinds.
