Fantastic quality with friendly customer service. Denise is knowledgeable and quick to respond to inquiries over the phone or email. Chris installed the shutters with care and is very personable. He even returned to replace a louver as one of the slats had a defect—being proactive, instead of waiting for me to notice and speak up, shows that they care and are trustworthy. I recommend Sunburst to anyone looking for sleek, durable shutters from a reliable company.
