Tim Reynolds is an outstanding installer. We have worked with Sunburst Shutters 3 other times, this being our 4th. They are fabulous, beautiful and quality! We would highly recommend the company and request Tim first and he would be worth the wait! He makes certain the fit is perfect and that they do not rub when opening for cleaning. Sunburst has become part of our family. We had the last set of plantation shutters installed and were overjoyed as usual. They are always timely and do an excellent job with the installation. High quality product and installation that has transformed the rooms.
We just had our shutters installed today, I love how they look! I love the fact we can let daylight in from the top half but still have the privacy with the bottom half closed. We are anxious to see how much noise is kept out by the shutters. They were very professional while measuring and installing and while keeping us informed of the status of our order. We are hoping to order for the remainder of our home soon.
I had shutters installed at 9 windows and love the finished look. Tim, my installer, was so courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. He took the time after installation to show me how to properly open and close each shutter. This shutter is very high quality and is priced lower than many others. I would highly recommend.
