Bought shutters in 1993. Had a broken part, called and a tech was here the next day and the repair. No charge due to lifetime warranty!!!
I had one shutter in a bind and one of the slats broke. The guy came out it took him 10 minutes no Mas perfect I would highly recommend them

The shutters transformed my home! They are absolutely gorgeous and excellent quality workmanship. Cory and Stephanie communicated with me throughout the entire process from measurements while house was being completed, through ordering, delivery updates, and installation. I am so happy I decided to do all of my windows and made this investment in my home.
