Can’t say enough great things about this company and their employees. From the salesman to the installers, the experience was smooth. The product, which is made in the USA, came in on time. Jeff and John, the installers, we’re prompt, extremely competent, and cordial. Wish all my contractors were like Sunburst here in Houston. The cherry onto - the shutters look amazing!

Excellent job and professional customer service! Job was completed quickly and ahead of schedule. Courteous service! Lifetime warranty on the shutters covered the needed repairs.

stalled and support their products with such great detail. I would give them 10 stars if possible. the shutters are completely as ordered and the wait was worth the time. they take the time to level and correct shutters that are not straight and not fittimg right. thumbs up

This company is beyond professional!! On EVERY single level!!!! From the very beginning, when Joe came to our house & explained EVERYTHING we needed to know about the shutters, and kindly answered EVERY question we had (which was alot!). LOL to, the installation, which was done today!! The installers Jeff & John were on time, came in & right off the bat, explained the order of how the install was going to go down. They had their own tools & took off all my old blinds & took them away for me!! They were quick & super effici... read more
