Still waiting on word that our shutters have even been manufactured two months after ordering them when they should have been installed already based upon the written time frame provided at the time of ordering. Amazing that no update is available when calling Sunburst. I will write a updated review when they are installed so that others can get a better idea as to timing of installation than is provided by Sunburst at the time of ordering.
