This is the worst student living apartment complex that I have ever lived in and it is ridiculous that, they continue to ignore problems such as bad roommates, noises, and people leaving their dog poop throughout the apartment complex. I be so glad when my lease is finally up in 2020. I would not recommend any family and friends to move here because their rent is too high, their apartments are not brand new, and they absolutely do not like to repair stuff once other people move out. Ever since Jenna Pons and Jenna Harris left, the management has gone downhill. Noise complaints aren't taken care of (i know various people in the complex that have the same issue i'm having and its not being taken care of, even with proof), and the current manager never responds to emails, and when going in and seeing her gives off a "i dont care" attitude because she assumes she has handled the issue but it's apparent that it has not been cured. Living here sucks so bad I’m trying to break my lease
WORST place to live in Greenville! Got robbed of $10,000 worth of things, they did nothing about it, no security cameras or security. Air conditioning breaks weekly and will stay broken for weeks at the time. Management came to fix something and stole $100 cash. Also have to pay a $40 fee for losing a 10 cent rubber bracelet! Do not live here!!!! HORRIBLE
