July 21,2023 gates still not working Four weeks after initial review-Update as of April 13,2023 both gates are wide open and still not working. I really don’t like leaving a bad review because of how it impacts the business- however we’ve stored our boat over a year and since the new owners have taken over we are VERY dissatisfied. We are paying for secure storage but one gate of the two gates have been broken since December. Gates were not working at the facility for 6months or more broke and left open. Anyone could come onto the property and hook up to your boat or damage you property or steal anything they wanted. As well as the climate controlled units had an infestation of rats for 4-5 months chewing and damaging a lot of my property. Leaving feces all over everything as well. Much improved service and cleanliness. Simone is awesome and easy to reach if there are any issues even on the weekend. I’ve had a storage unit for over 3 years and will continue.
