New review: We had to downsize our storage unit and Kathy the manager was very easy to work with, made the change without a hitch. (Had to rent the new one on line, and had to call to have her unlock the new storage since we couldn’t make it on a day they are open. I still disagree about the holiday closures, but that’s the corporate issue. **They would get more stars if it hadn't been for what happened to me and others on Sunday. I drove 90 miles to get there.
