Very nice associates at the wilkes-barre office. Pleasent to deal with.
Felt the associate with whom I spoke was very professional and friendly. She understood my needs and spoke to them. The office director would rank equally as high. Thought the staff was professional, efficient and if I didn't have to pay off my daughter's wedding, would ha e definitely bought a package. Thank you.
the booking staff was great and the check in staff was great as well
We loved our place and enjoyed the resort!
When the Kauai vacation came available I was able to book back to back weeks immediately. It turned out to be by far the best vacation I've ever been on. When I bought my Sundance vacation package the main purpose was to go to Hawaii as I've always wanted to go there.
Excellent well educated happy employees. They were great to deal with.
Great experience! I've been with Sundance for years and I never had a bad experience.
Met with great people who treated us well.
