i paid 4000 for 12 weeks of vacation. The Anuail fees are 380 witch stink but if your able to pay off the 4000 with one tax return the the benefits are rewarding. I only pay 250-350 for 7 nights at any of there locations witch is real nice when you don't have a lot of money. We have only used it onced and the condo was beautiful and the location couldn't be better. We are trying out the Mexico location this year, I hope all runs smooth. My experience was breathtaking. My family and I enjoyed, the location and the beautiful housing.
Our experience with Sundance has been fantastic. We must add that Dawn Ashburn has simplified our vacation experience and has been wonderful in helping us plan.
