The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy. The vacations were in nice areas and accommodations seemed nice and clean.
The young lady assisting was very thorough in her presentation. The supporting staff did not make us feel pressured to purchase the vacation plans.
Chris was awesome. All the staff at the King Of Prussia location were very helpful. They showed all the options and were able to find a plan that worked for our budget. It was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend them in the future.
