The staff were all very professional and kind. I appreciated the effort they put into trying to make the various pricing options work for my particular financial situation - it was earnest, but I didn't feel too pushed. For a certain kind of traveler/vacationer, the package offered really has some value. I did feel like my sales rep, while knowledgable, skimmed over important details. We enjoyed the place in Kissimmee. Throwing out the garbage was a bit difficult until we figured out a cut through to the dumpster. Also one of the burners didn't work but otherwise everything was great. Didn't have a chance to try the pool.
Super friendly staff & they seem very knowledgeable, they also didn't pressure us. My wife & I are very Happy with our decision & would like to thanks you.
The entire staff is amazing. They are the true definition of customer service and going the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable and also that you truly understand the offer with no hidden agenda
