Was a great experience. The people were friendly and courteous and really worked at coming up with a package I was comfortable with . Can't wait to vacation !
The pictures and videos showed does not do you justice at all. They, in my opinion, too away from what everyone was trying to portray. The attention to detail that I received from the young woman after the presentation was awesome. She was really good. On scale of 1 to 10, she gets a 20.

Everyone was really nice and professional, except the last guy at the end who talked about our gift vacation and tried to get us to buy their packages like 6 more times. I didn't mind everyone trying to sell to us (that's obviously the point) but he was ruthless, demeaning, and condescending about it. He kept asking us the same question of why over and over like our answer was somehow going to waver. Really dampened my mood, honestly. Very pushy and rude, completely unprofessional.
