This was our first presentation. The staff was very convincing and persuasive but not forceful as not everyone can make such a decisions right away. Tamika was very friendly and understanding so was her supervisor who made it possible for us to buy this plan even though we have two other plans for vacations.

You were very nice and i enjoyed the presentation.
Everyone I spoke with from beginning to end was pleasant and friendly.I didn't feel pressured AT ALL. We definitely would have purchased a package if the timing was better and we hope to have another opportunity to purchase a package in the future. We worked with Carla for the presentation and she was amazing.
The presentation was very well presented everything was clear about the program. I enjoyed the presentation .
Hospitality was excellent and the offer was great will be looking to purchase in near future.
