Extremely professional and knowledgable about different vacation options available for different budgets. Kind and friendly to all customers, they have a wonderful team.
The whole presentation was job.
I thought everyone was very nice and not pushy at all like some other places I have been. I left feeling very happy with my purchase and I feel that I understood everything and everyone made sure of that.

We have not taken our Vacation yet, However our overall experience at the Sundance Vacation Office was excellent! The Staff was very courteous and welcoming. And even though we could not afford any of their wonderful Offers, they still treated us like Royalty, and still gave us our free Trip for 4 days and 3 nights at Orlando Florida, And a package deal for 4 people, and access passes for 1 day at an Amusement Park of our choice. Thank You very much! The Ramirez Family.
