Very polite
The experience was great our representative nick did I good job convincing my wife and I ,and staying within our budget.he also went to penn state .so we all had a lot in common.
It was great. I wish I remembered the sales woman's name but she was great. Very straight to the point but never rude. Never pressured us to do anything, just presented us the options. Wish we could go back later to do one of the plans!
The presentation was very thorough and clear. I was able to comprehend everything that was said which made me excited about joining the family. The agent(Ragine) was very personable, was able to clarify all questions, and was a pleasure to meet!

All my questions were answered and the best part was that there was no pressure in any decisions that I made. Mitch gave me all the time I needed to think everything through without pressuring me in my decisions. Great Job!
