The girl that talked to us first did an outstanding job. (Sorry I can't remember her name right now). She was thorough and explained everything clearly. She was easy to talk to and not pushy in any way....made us very comfortable. We felt bad for her because we did not have the money to buy one of the packages.....it definitely was not because of her! She should get a bonus for her efforts!
I thought the over all experience was great.
