This business is luck to have a star. I stupidly thought I was winning a "big free" vacation. These lions that work there will not give you the crappy little "free" hotel to stay in unless you absolutly pay and agree to something. PATHETIC DISGUSTING HUMANS! Come on I expect a call from Bangladesh to SCAM an American, but you do this to one another. SHAM SHAM SHAM!!!! I'm glad I left without giving you SCAMMERS anything. SHAM! SHAM! SHAM!
Fix your mobile site. Filters by Country do not work. I don't need results for locations in countries I've never heard of after I filter United States
If I could give Sundance a 0, I would. Sundance is a total SCAM! Wish we could return it and receive our money back! Do not waste your time or money onSundance! The service has been NO HELP! No help with securing plane reservations which was promised when we were at the presentation! Limited properties! We have tried to call, but NO HELP as there are not properties where we want to vacation! The quality of the properties we visited is also a very big dissatisfaction!
I am currently at myrtle beach. The room itself very nice clean and fully equipped. Very satisfied with the upgrades. The myrtle beach resort itself is broken up into 3 sections. The Renaissance tower the five seasons and then building a and building b. Once you enter the grounds your greeted by an outdated eery looking motel looking area. With its own section of pool and jacuzzi. Tiny. Walking to your room was eery. The floors didn't look sturdy and the flooring is dingy. The bugs are horrible. And spiders. The ... read more
Hyatt house downtown New Orleans, is not a bedroom its just a suite. The pool is in the hotel beside here with no directions to find it, outside on a roof with a bar which is only open on the weekends. Breakfast is deliver to your room every morning sausage/egg sandwich every day but just different bread. 🙄 called the sundance emergency line, left a voicemail, no callback. I am not happy with this room. Wouldn't recommend this place.
It's a scam. If they call you ignore them trust me. They just trying to scam people. And when you try to get out of the agreement they say you can't. They just out here to scam people. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Very disappointed! Sundance does NOT have locations where we want to visit! I am very frustrated with this vacation club!
