The guy who ran the presentation was great. he also is the one we sat with. I have no idea of the locations offered. I want to see pictures and be able to look at what is being purchased. Don't try to hold me later and longer with step down offers. if I say no show me the offers and let me decide. Not everyone is going to go for the same tactic especially if they have other things to do.
Who would drop 20k for a vacation package ..then turn around and still pay a yearly fee plus a weekly fee every time you go. I literally told the team that I had other goals in mind that I wanted to achieve first. I had to decline 8 times till they got the hint I wasn’t interested. First off, the presentation itself was good. The presenter was very friendly and engaging. The problem I had was afterwards. Y'all's sales team was pushy, aggressive, and down right rude when they realized I was not going to to make any payments on the multiple "bargains" that were presented to me. I asked if this appointment would take more than one hour because we had a 6pm appointment afterwards. The second time we declined the offer iy had already been longer than expected. I missed my appointment. We feetl the group took up to much time explaining the premise. The sales environments after the group was uncomfortable. The benefits offered were different from what I expected. I don't mind doing my part but i don't feel your presentation fulfilled your part. Frustrated with experience. When call was made it wasn’t communicated that there was a presentation and pressured to come at specific date or unable to collect prize I thought I won. I expressed multiple times not interested in purchasing anything and kept getting pressure sales approach.
I feel as though we were bullied into signing up for this membership. When we said no, they sent someone else to talk to us. Finally, they sent the owner over to us who said he would give us an extra vacation "on him"...... Needless to say, we haven't taken one single vacation and have been with them for 2 years! My husband got laid off and I tried to cancel our membership. NOPE! They refuse! DO NOT SIGN UP!!! It was a joke. Theres no deal and they want to charge 16% interest on top of a monthly fee and you still have to pay for a reservation. Thats 260$ a month for like 7-15yrs! The three free day stay they promised is not free and you can only stay in certain places on certain weeks.
When asked if this was a time share was told no on the phone, but when we arrived we quickly realized we had no been told the truth. The original presenter did a great job and was engaging but the “sales” person that we had in the round table area was nice until she realized she wasn’t getting a sale and become extremely rude. The options they provided for vacation is not suitable for use at this time and relayed to all three sales people and really only one of them seemed to listen.
DID NOT GET WHAT WAS PROMISED see details of what I actually got. We did the pitch (2 of us for an hour). Received 2 nights of "free hotel stay anywhere in the continental United States". It took an hour on the phone to make the reservations. They could not get us actually into the city of Boston like they promised and I had to pay an upgrade fee to get on the outskirts (20 minutes outside of Boston). 160 for the upgrade and 55 for taxes and fees.
