The presentation was informative and enjoyable but the sales people were a little to pushy.
In the initial session, we felt we were being treated like children. Silly questions, repetition of statements, and voice inflections by the presenter were quite annoying.
I was not told of a brief video, which to me is 5 to 10 minutes, not 1 hour. I drove 1 hour in traffic for nothing.
I supposedly won a sweepstakes but when i called back to claim, they said I don;t qualify because I don't make enough money. So they can take anyones money with no problem but when it comes to them doing something for me, I don't qualify? This place must be a joke and just trying to get as much money as possible. Terrible company with even worse vaules and customer service.
Gifts were not there your receptionist told me that I would have to be there for an hour to hour and a half when I was told I would be there 20 minutes tops which was unacceptable so they did not visit me with any gifts which I was told would be given to me when I walked in the door and presenting my identification which word not the case all I got was hello feel this out your time would be here hour hour and a half nothing else no mention of gifts of the two nights 3 days hotel stay or 7-inch tablet but not presented to me ... read more
Kept pushing me to try to buy when i told them 4 times i couldnt i really did not like the pressure at all!
My wife and I purchased a 3 week vacation package. Come to find out that all the locations that they were showing us are only hotels that you could possibly only book outside of your week packages. So it's just like using hotels.com and booking is about the same prices as hotels.com. so no discounts for being a member. Now as far as our BIG RESORT WEEK VACATIONS. Scam all the way. Now they want me to send $50 then they will tell me what days are available.
I was told at the bike swap meet that i was registering for a chance on a 3 day 2 nite get away vacation. Then i was told, when phone contacted ,that i won the vacation and a tablet but had to listen to a presentation for a travel agency. i thought id consider this travel agency and i could use a couple nite Marriott stay.so we went.I felt when i got there it was a filler for timeshare places.
