Our first impression, upon arriving was a horrible experience. The receptionist in my opinion had no sympathy and came off rude. My family and I entered the office 2 minutes late to discover no one was available anymore to assist us and we needed to reschedule. We arrived on time, after driving an hour, however was parked in back at wrong door. People were nice,filled out entry for drawing,got a phone call for a complenmtary trip,went there sat thru an hour presentation for timeshares said no they gave me the complenmtary trip, will see how that plays out.will pay a 1/3 the price for the trip.this was the office in Harrisburg pa.
It was too expensive
A Big scam!! We filled out a card to win a car a few months later my son is buying a Time Share under pressure.
You tried very hard to sell us vacations and if we would have had the money at the time it would have been a done deal
Sales team really knows how to sell you. Need to let people know coming in the door that, the package deal doesn't include the type of room you have to pay in addition to the 15k-20k. Once finding that out I realized your scheme
I was deceived at the first phone call so I had a bad taste in my mouth.
I was very dismayed by a phone call I received from a representative this morning (9/21). I attended a wedding expo in DC and received a call to notify me that I won a vacation based on my entry in a drawing at the expo. I was very excited about this and the rep. was very upbeat. However, when it got down to the details and I let the rep. know that I could not attend the sales presentation with my husband because he was being deployed this week, I was not given any alternatives. We were disappointed with the process and requested a refund of our deposit. We scheduled our departure airport and picked our three travel dates. When we called the reservation number. We were given three different travel options. None of which were our selected travel dates. We were told they weren't travel agents and we had to chose from their three options. All of which were upgrades at an added expense. But they tell you at the beginning of the call that the hotels are 20 min from the beach and you can upgrade to clos... read more
