The staff was Phenomenal and Dana was amazing she did her job very well
I was NOT pleased with missing a day of booking a show due to the company not finding me in the system until the following day. The hotel Stratosphere was able to find me, luckily, and I was able to rest.
Kevin was great!!! He really made it hard for us to turn down the package deals. If money wasn’t where it was we would have signed up. He was great!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable people, not really trying to sell you anything like a time share. was skeptical at first but after we talked to a manager about the whole deal and he was able to offer us a better deal we took it!
at the end of the presentations i was offered a "deal" that i refused because the entire business model was off and set the up didnt seem realistic. There were pics of Atlantis yet you had no properties on the map that coincided with Atlantis location. I then was totally offended when I was told " you was interested in purchasing two $20,000 plans...yet you wont spend $1200" I travel on average 6wks a year usually a week at time...with that 30 vacations didnt seem like a lot!!
