Everyone at Sundance Vacations has been extremely courteous and helpful. All of our questions were answered in full and everything was explained in detail. Do not be afraid to ask questions if you're unsure of something and they will happily answer and ensure you understand.

My experience was somewhat comforting. I actually did some research of Sundance before going do I kinda knew what was to be expected. The staff were persistent in trying to get me to sign up for various offers, however they weren't forcible. Just doing they're job. Everyone from the lady at the front desk,(didn't get her name) Lauren, Charlie, Nick and Bonnie were pretty nice, easy going and professional.
Julia was wonderful! She took really good care of us and will go very far! Never felt pressured or forced to make a decision.
