No pressure what so ever! And so far you have done what you promised. We still yet have to apply for the free vacation but I am almost sure that, that's going to be a success as well. Lauren was the most pleasant, helpful customer service rep I have encountered. Everyone was super nice and not pushy at all. Lots of options presented, too. Brilliant idea, really. Wish I would have thought of it.
While Mike and his presentation were really good, I did not like the fact that I felt patronized by the young lady trying to get us to buy a package. I also felt like I was in an auto dealership with the manager coming by and always changing the package/price just to get a sale. As I told Mike this time of year with the holidays coming and also having to put my car into the shop, the down payment just wasn't there.
