It was a good presentation. Everybody was nice. They answer all questions directly.
Professional but we didn't see the value after financing

It was a great experience I loved it
The experience we encountered was great. If the timing was a little later we would take advantage of the offer we were given.
Natasha was great, everyone was great except the last man that gave me the folder. He was very rude did not give me a chance to ask any qustions he actully told me to not interrupt him. He did not introduce himself, rushed me out. Was not a pleasant experience with him. Don't think I will come back even if there were any promotions. He told me this was the only time that I can come anyway.
The rep was very thorough and took time to help me find the best fit for me without too much pressure. This was a breath of fresh air as most vacation programs are so aggressive and even insulting that I have heard pitches from in the past.
