Good experience
Overall we had a great time and would go back. The picture you showed was very deceptive, showed a single dwelling that appeared to be alone, In reality, more than 1 unit in same building and there are MANY units all bunched together. Some suggestions for the unit we were in-provide instructions and channel availability guide for the TV. No hose or shower to rinse feet, beach chairs, etc. No line to dry beach towels. The hotel was fine. It was disappointing they never opened the pool and with the pool area padlocked we were never able to use the grill.
The Destin property is beautiful and the staff was very nice. In fact, I left my rental car running in front of the door while I carried my luggage up to the condo. It was so beautiful, I got caught up looking out the balcony and laying on the kingsize bed! Anyway, after taking pictures and calling my friends, security came and got me to move the car before it ran out of gas! Hahahaha I had a really nice time
It was a very good experience overall. Salesperson gave a good overview of the company and plans. They were not pushy and were considerate enough to consider my situation.
We could see that updates had been made but the showers in both bathrooms had grout that was so discolored it looked very dirty and made me feel less than excited about stepping into it. The door frame in the hallway was in bad need of paint. The color scheme was cute! Was a very short walk to the beach. Disappointing that the washer and dryer were down the hall and there was no TV in the second bedroom. I did not feel like a VIP.
