the condo was 1 block from the beach which was great as far as location; very nice pool and the condo was in good shape...excellent bed and plenty of room in the kitchen and bathroom; only 2 problems were a terrible sofa and difficulty with the television...no instructions and 3 remotes but eventually figured it out; very nice overall and we enjoyed our stay
Gateway Grand was wonderful! It is lactated on the beach. The condo is beautiful, very clean, spacious, well organized and equipped with top of the line furniture to, and even plenty of dishes. We absolutely enjoyed our vacation here!!

Would have been a five except for the fact we had to leave on Tuesday because of the hurricane. Nothing wrong by Sundance (ha ha). Love Myrtle Beach Resort and already made our reservations for next year.
The unit was perfect for us, just the two of us. It was neat and clean. Just what we needed. Quiet and relaxing!
Pros: The condo was clean and very convenient to the beach. Very satisfied with the condo itself. Cons: Did not know the code to get into the building. We had to wait for someone to help us because there is no front desk. Very inconvenient, upsetting and a little scary. If everything is going to be coded, we need to be given all codes. The pool and spa closes at 6 p.m. Why? It would be nice to be open for all daylight hours.
The condominium was beautiful. The carpeting needs to be cleaned. That was the only problem we had. Otherwise our stay was wonderful and the pool was to die for.
The lodging we had was very comfortable but lacked a few things, such as cleaning agents (broom, mop, extra trash bags) to keep it clean during our stay.
Great presentation, very informative. I just wish we could afford it.
