My Family stayed at Atlantis Condominiums I Ocean City Maryland. Good location right on the beach, great pool. We had 2 different units, that were supposed to be both VIP units. 1305 was better than 1201. 1201 was not VIP standards, very run down, needed alopt of upgrades. 1305 was a lot nicer, but they both were not very clean. We have stayed in a lot of nicer VIP places in other states. So we were disappointed. But the proactive team did resolve things with us. We hope that unit 1201 is fixed before anyone else books it.
Absolutely loved the unit, location and staff. Beautiful Views and friendly neighbors. The only issues we had were entry in and out of the front gate as well as the building. You needed to obtain a special access pass that we were only able to get during normal business hours so we spent the first weekend bothering security or waiting for one of the other residents to let us in the building. However, once we did get our proper access we were all set. Great area, great beaches and great restaurants. Loved it.
I took two weeks and wrote a review for my other week ..I am very disappointed to hear that you didn't renew the Palm springs resort in Orange Beach. Please reconsider as the other resort you have in Alabama is extremely remotely located with no restaurants or eateries nearby...the restaurant that is in that resort is more of a cafe and takes 15 minutes to go anywhere.. Please renew the Palm springs resort.
Was a really nice resort. They had things for the kids and adults to do on the resort. The resort had an outside DJ/ entertainment company onsite each day for movie night, pool party and a huge inflatable water slide. We only needed to leave the resort to go grocery shopping and get some Hilton Head gear; which I loved!
We had a nice place to stay with good location to the beach. The pool was nice, and the residents were quiet and nice too.

The person who went over the packages with us was great. She was very informed and explained everything to us in depth. It was a very pleasant experience.
The house was beautiful inside. The scenery and the back of the house was beautiful as well. The dryer did not work which was disappointing. The outside of the house definitely need some landscaping. There was spiders and spider webs all over the place which was gross.
Place was nice very comfortable
